The 2nd Research Training Course was held.

Although neuroscience in biological experimental systems and research in robotics and artificial intelligence both focus on the brain, dialogues between the researchers of these two research areas have unfortunately been insufficient. To fill the gap, Dr. Chie HIEIDA (A03 Group) held a lecture on the current status of her robotics research as well as her objectives and research activities. During the training course, each participant had a hands-on experience operating robots to deepen their understanding of the subject, and an active discussion was held on how interdisciplinary research could be developed in the future.
